Your online order will ship from whichever of our two store locations has your items available and ready to go. Orders may ship from our Llano, TX or Goldthwaite, TX storefront.

No matter which location your order ships from, our team carefully packs every order and gets it on its way to you! We’re grateful you chose to shop Joyful!

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@joyfultradingco.com. We process and ship orders quickly—sometimes the very same day—so the sooner you reach out, the better!

When emailing us, please include:

• The name used on the order
• The correct shipping address

We’ll do our best to make the change before your order ships. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to guarantee that the shipping address can be changed or that the package can be redirected.

At this time, Joyful Trading Co. ships solely within the continental United States. We currently do not offer international shipping, including shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
