Shipping Policy
Order Processing: Please allow a full business day to process your order. Expect an email during the next business day after your order is placed... we will let you know your order is on the way!
Store Pickup: Pick us is available from both locations, (1) 1206 Ford St. Llano, TX or (2) 1206 Fisher St. Goldthwaite, TX. Orders can be picked up during regular store hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $100.
International Shipping: We do not ship outside of the continental United States at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after purchasing your item to request an exchange / return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, no stains, odor free, no markings (including deodorant, makeup, worn soles), etc. Items that are presented back in store or shipped back to us that do not meet the criteria listed will not be processed for exchange / return - you will be responsible for shipping cost back to you.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In store Purchases: To start an exchange / return, you can visit us in person at the location where you made the purchase. Please do not ship any items back to our store, this will not initiate a return. In other words, we will not automatically refund your purchase when items are shipped back to our store. The returns must be made in person. However, if a return in person creates hardship or is not possible, please email us first and we will try our best to accommodate your needs (shipping of return / exchange items is at your expense) - our email: contact@joyfultradingco.com
Online Purchases: To start an exchange / return, please send an email to contact@joyfultradingco.com. Please indicate the reason for the exchange, the desired item / size you would like to receive in lieu of the item you received or the reason for your desired return. Once you receive an email reply acknowledging & approving the exchange / return, please ship the item back to us (shipping of return / exchange item back to us, is at your expense) - expect to receive a reply within a business day.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Intimate garments (such as sports bras, bramis, bathing suits, etc.) are not eligible for return.
Custom / personalized products are not eligible for return.
We do not accept returns of sale or discounted items or gift cards - this includes any sale specials such as Pink Friday, Black Friday, Small Business Saturday & the like.
